What happens after I send this?

A person reads it, not an autoresponder. If it is something we can help with we will come back with questions and a sense of shape, usually within two working days.

Do you work with companies outside Nigeria?

Yes. We are based in Lagos and work remotely with clients elsewhere. Most of the work happens in writing and in shared tools, so time zones matter less than having one person on your side who can make decisions.

How small a project will you take?

Small is fine if it is well defined. What we are not is a body shop for a few hours of work here and there. If the project is better served by a freelancer we will say so.

Do you need a full brief before we talk?

No. "We know something is wrong but not what" is a normal starting point. The scoping stage exists precisely to turn that into something buildable.
